Casey's Diner
36 South Avenue, Natick, Massachusetts
Editor's Notes
The one. The only. Talk about a place that’s been there forever. If you’re reading this, then it was there before your great-grandparents were born.
True story, last time we were there they ran out of bacon. That’s criminal in our book. Burger joints should never run out of bacon. Apparently customers took Casey’s on a BLT run and they just couldn’t recover from it.
Casey’s makes our list of the best things to do in Natick.
About
Casey’s Diner has occupied 36 South Avenue for a long, long time. Some new things about it include expanding their hours of operation and being able to order online. What a time we live in. While the on-site parking is a bit lacking, there is plenty of available metered(?) street parking, as well as the pay-to-park town lot across the way.
Gotta remember, it’s cash only.
What to order: The all-around
Sure, you can order a few cheeseburgers to go. But be honest, you are going to Casey’s for the hot dogs.
The all-around is famous!
Final thoughts
If you’ve never been, then you must. It’s on the National Register of Historic Places, so you know it’s legit.
It’s the longest-tenured restaurant in Natick.
